About Us
M & J Feet & Health Practice was opened on the 1st of March 2012
Therapists working at our practice have current DBS checks, and are fully qualified and insured as well as members of their professional governing bodies, so you can be assured of high standards and the latest techniques and continual professional development.
Therapists here also have specialized skills in working with complex health conditions such as Dementia, Cancer and Diabetes.
Joanne Mountjoy-Dixon
Joanne Mountjoy-Dixon. BSc (Hons) Psych, SAC Dip RFHP, MH
Joanne gained an Honours Degree in Psychology in 2012 and also gained a Diploma with Stonebridge Associated Colleges as a Foot Health Practitioner in 2016 and now works alongside Malcolm in the Practice.
Joanne is a Tutor Trainer & Coach in Dementia, Herbal Medicine, Reiki and Meditation and is also qualified in many other holistic therapies.
Joanne has specialised in the field of Dementia and provides education in Dementia and consults in the development of dementia friendly communities.
Regularly undertaking CPD to keep all her skills and knowledge up to date, Joanne is registered as a Foot Health Practitioner.

Malcolm Ormrod
Malcolm Ormrod. SAC Dip. RFHP
Malcolm graduated from Stonebridge Associated College Foot Health Centre in Cornwall March 2010 with a Distinction Diploma in Foot Health Care having completed all required theory and practical training. Malcolm also completed a Diploma in Acupressure, as a complementary therapy alongside his foot health practice.
Malcolm regularly undertakes CPD to keep his skills and knowledge up to date and is registered as a Foot Health Practitioner.

At our Practice, we take infection control very seriously and all Clients can be assured that all of our clinical instruments are sterilised in an autoclave prior to your foot health treatment, providing you with a sterile, efficient and hygienic foot care service.
We also clean our consulting rooms between clients as part of our infection control to minimise the spread of Coronavirus and other diseases.
